Stapled as issued in publisher's printed pictorial wrappers. The present work was first performed on 23 August 1906 in Queen's Hall, London, by the Queen's Hall Orchestra conducted by Henry J. Wood under the title Norfolk Rhapsody No.I in E Minor: two successors had already been completed, but numbers 2 and 3 were later withdrawn. |
