Publisher's printed green wrappers (backstrip and sewing broken, volume in two pieces). Engraved. Occasional pencil markings, presentation inscription in margins of title ("Athenaum Amateur Orchestral Society") and front wrapper, the latter dated 1872. Schubert’s opera, Die Zauberharfe was composed in the summer of 1820, and first performed on 19 August at the Theater an der Wien. |
